All visitors to the CAP Site must stop at the school's front desk to be directed
to the CAP Site.

Computer Workshops for Everyone….
|
|
Iona CAP Site has had interest for
intermediate computer workshops. Workshops will include some or all of
these components; MS Excel , Power Point, File Management, Computer
Maintenance, Photo Management programs, Desktop Publishing (creating
posters, newsletters, etc. If you are interested, let us know by phoning

to set up a day & time.
Community Outreach Program…
Take advantage of this program as a way to help you to learn how to
use your home computer in your own home; or to learn about programs that
help make the computer easier to see, hear & use.

Does your computer need upgrades or repairs, or maybe you have an error message? Maybe your computer just needs to be cleaned.
We can help in all these areas or if you are interested in taking a basic or intermediate computer course.
We also offer both computer repair services and workshops.

Assistive Technology |
|
Assistive Technology includes any item, piece of equipment or system that is
used to increase, maintain, or improve how a person performs some task of daily
living. It provides new ways to assist both computer interaction and learning.
Assistive Technology augments abilities and bypasses or compensates for a
disability. Assistive Technology is any tool that makes a computer easier to

Outreach Services: We realize that it’s not always easy to get into a CAP
Site due to transportation issues, or lack of accessibility into the building.
We also realize that not everyone has access to a computer or the Internet.
Through our outreach services we may be able to assist you with these concerns.
