We are Celebrating: The 10th Àros na Mara World Oceans Day Festival will run from May 31st to June 8th. We are excited to announce we will be celebrating Oceans Week Canada, World Oceans Day and International Trails Day.

The theme for this year's festival is: “Healthy Oceans, Healthy Planet”.

We will be celebrating World Oceans Day on Sunday, June 7th from 12- 4 at the Port of Iona, Àros na Mara Discovery Centre and St. Columba Parish Centre. There will be displays, presentations, children's activities, food and music providing something for all ages to enjoy.

Beginners friendly, hatha yoga combined with yin style (long hold restorative postures)

60 min guided class. All levels, hatha Yoga.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you wish.

Central Cape Breton Community Ventures Inc. is now accepting resumes for the following positions:

Marketing Co-ordinator - $16.75/hour, 35 hours per week for 8 weeks.

Marina Worker - $16.75/hour, 35 hours per week for 8 weeks.
